- Measures taken by the Kingdom.
- Measures taken against the Kingdom's exports.
- Cases affecting the Kingdom's interests.

- A final and conclusive judgment of the competent Administrative Court, of the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, or of other dispute settlement bodies.
- Or a final understanding reached through the consultations mechanism.
Under Article 1, the Organization is the World Trade Organization. This article comes after Article 32 on calculating time limits, and before Article 34, which provides that investigation or review procedures do not prevent customs clearance, and that measures due are not refunded or waived except as provided by the Law and the Implementing Regulations. Anyone whose exports are affected by an international dispute may consult a lawyer specialized in international matters and foreign investment.
Practical example
An importing country imposed anti-dumping duties on Saudi exports of a certain product, and the Kingdom considered that the action violated WTO rules. The Governor takes the decision to resort to consultations or litigation before the WTO Dispute Settlement Body, and the Authority represents the Kingdom in this dispute.
