The Law applies to contracts concluded in the Kingdom or over property in it; the contract must be written in Arabic and include the specified details; the seller must provide and have approved the property information document and report any change; enabling the buyer to exercise his rights; and managing and maintaining the property and collecting its costs.

The article makes void any waiver by the buyer to the seller of his rights guaranteed by the Timesharing Law, and any release of the seller from his obligations under it.
