Applying the Labor Law's penalties to violations of the temporary work visa; a fine of up to fifty thousand riyals and a five-year ban from tenders for selling or assigning a Hajj and Umrah visa; a fine of fifteen thousand for incorrect data; and five thousand for other violations, including repeated ones.

Article 19 refers the penalties for violating the provisions of the temporary work visa to the penalties in the Labor Law and other relevant laws.
