Article 22 provides that the Regulation replaces the Regulation of Temporary and Seasonal Work Visas issued in 1436 AH and repeals everything that conflicts with it.
تحل اللائحة محل اللائحة التنظيمية لتأشيرات الأعمال المؤقتة والموسمية، الصادرة بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (497) وتاريخ 16 / 11 / 1436هـ، وتلغي كل ما يتعارض معها من أحكام.

Article 23 provides that the Regulation takes effect after 180 days from the date of its approval.
يعمل باللائحة بعد مضي (180) يوماً من تاريخ اعتمادها.
