عقوبة الاعتداء على ذوي الإعاقة — نظام حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة
Physical, moral or financial assault on, neglect, deprivation, mistreatment or exploitation of persons with disabilities, and impersonating them or giving false data to obtain benefits; imprisonment of up to two years and a fine of up to SAR 500,000, doubled if the person is a child or elderly; the alternative penalty, publishing a summary of the judgment, and Public Prosecution investigation.
