- Article 18
The article establishes the right of persons with disabilities to have their requirements taken into account and to obtain banking, financing and insurance services without discrimination, with guidance manuals issued by the relevant bodies in coordination with the Authority.
للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحق في مراعاة متطلباتهم وتمكينهم من الحصول على الخدمات البنكية والتمويلية والتأمينية دون تمييز. وتصدر الجهات المعنية -بالتنسيق مع الهيئة- أدلة إرشادية لتنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة.
- Article 19
The article establishes the right of persons with disabilities to social development lending services through facilitated programs designed for them, whether individually or collectively.
للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحق في الحصول على خدمات الإقراض التنموي الاجتماعي من خلال برامج ميسرة ومصممة لهم سواء بصفة فردية أو جماعية.
- Article 20
The article establishes the right of persons with disabilities to have their requirements and needs taken into account when designing and carrying out housing projects, and refers the mechanism for implementation to the Regulations.
للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة الحق في أن تراعى متطلباتهم واحتياجاتهم عند تصميم وتنفيذ مشاريع الإسكان. وتحدد اللائحة آلية تنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة.
