Committee Budget and Oversight in the Saudi Reconciliation Committees Regulation

Article 12 provides that the committee has a financial allocation within the Emirate's budget approved by the Emir of the Region, including rewards, with spending by decision of its secretary after the Emir's approval.

1- يكون للجنة مخصص مالي، وفقاً لما يعتمده أمير المنطقة ضمن بنود ميزانية الإمارة، على أن يشمل ذلك المكافآت التي تخصص لرئيس وأعضاء اللجنة وأمينها وفق ما يحدده أمير المنطقة. 2- يكون الصرف من المخصص المالي للجنة بقرار من أمين اللجنة بعد موافقة أمير المنطقة.

Article 13 requires the committee to submit an annual report to the Emir of the Region containing its achievements and financial reports, for onward submission to the Minister of Interior.

ترفع اللجنة إلى أمير المنطقة تقريرًا سنويًّا مشتملًا على إنجازاتها وتقاريرها المالية، تمهيدًا لرفعه إلى وزير الداخلية.

Article 14 provides for a permanent committee at the Ministry of Interior, drawn from the Ministry and the Presidency of State Security, to supervise the regions' reconciliation committees and study their reports.

تُشكّل في وزارة الداخلية لجنة دائمة من كل من: وزارة الداخلية، ورئاسة أمن الدولة؛ تتولى مهمات الإشراف على أعمال لجان إصلاح ذات البين المشكلة في إمارات المناطق، والنظر في التقارير الدورية لتلك اللجان، واقتراح ما تراه لتطوير أعمالها.

Article 15 gives the Emir of the Region the power to issue the decisions needed to implement the Regulation's provisions.

يصدر أمير المنطقة ما يلزم من قرارات لتنفيذ أحكام هذه اللائحة.

Article 16 provides that the Regulation applies from the date of its approval.

يعمل بهذه اللائحة من تاريخ الموافقة عليها.
