The Council is chaired by the Attorney General, with the Deputy Attorney General, seven members of at least the rank of head of investigation and prosecution department (A) and two experienced persons for four years by Royal Order; its quorum and majority decisions; forming circuits to review indictments in cases of murder, amputation, stoning and retaliation; and the annual report.
