License Fees and Renewal in the Saudi Private Laboratories Law
رسوم ترخيص المختبر وتجديده — نظام المختبرات الخاصة
A license fee of five thousand riyals for the main laboratory and two thousand five hundred riyals for each branch, a license term of five years, a renewal request three months before expiry, and a fine of one thousand riyals for each year of delay in renewal.

أ- تصدر الجهة المختصة الترخيص للمختبر الخاص بعد تسديد رسم الترخيص، ومقداره خمسة آلاف (5000) ريال للمختبر الرئيس، وألفان وخمسمائة (2500) ريال لكل فرع. ب- مدة صلاحية الترخيص خمس سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ المهلة الواردة في المادة (السادسة) من هذا النظام، ويُجدد بطلب من صاحب الشأن يقدمه إلى الجهة المختصة قبل ثلاثة أشهر على…

The article imposes a delay fine of SAR 1,000 for each year of delay in renewing the licence, and a fine equal to the testing costs if the laboratory is late in giving the result.
تُطبق غرامة التأخير وفق ما يأتي : 1 - ألف ريال عن كُل سنة تأخير عند تجديد الترخيص، ويكون التجديد من تاريخ انتِهاء الترخيص. 2 - غرامة مساوية لتكاليف الاختبار محل المُخالفة، في حالة تأخر المُختبر عن إعطاء النتيجة خِلال المُدة المُحدَّدة في الفقرة (4) من المادة العاشرة.
