The competent authority's decision on the goods to be tested sixty days in advance and notifying the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority; taking and preparing samples and the goods owner's undertaking not to dispose of them; returning results within fifteen days and notifying the competent authority within twenty-five days; and the goods owner's bearing the costs.

The article requires the competent authority to issue a decision on the goods to be tested by the private laboratory 60 days before assigning the task, after announcing them in the Official Gazette, with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority notified.
تصدر الجهة المختصة قراراً بالسلع المزمع فحصها بواسطة المختبر الخاص قبل (ستين) يوماً من إسناد المهمة إلى المختبر الخاص، وبعد الإعلان عنها في الجريدة الرسمية، وتبلّغ هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك بذلك

The article regulates drawing and preparing samples, the owner's undertaking not to dispose of the goods, delivering samples to the laboratory, the periods for returning results, and the owner of the goods bearing costs.
