Immediately reporting infectious diseases to the health authority and referring quarantine cases to Ministry hospitals; reporting criminal incidents and patient deaths to the security authority and the health affairs directorate; keeping a register of traffic accidents and injuries; and rules on advertising that do not conflict with professional ethics.

- Article 12
Every health institution must report any infectious disease case to the competent health authority immediately on diagnosis and refer quarantine cases directly to Ministry hospitals, notifying the authority immediately.
يجب على كل مؤسسة صحية إبلاغ الجهة الصحية المختصة عن أي حالة مرضية معدية فور تشخيصها، وإحالة حالات الحجر الصحي للأمراض المعدية إلى مستشفيات الوزارة مباشرة، مع إبلاغ الجهة الصحية المختصة عن ذلك فورًا، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية مقتضيات تنفيذ ذلك.
- Article 30
A private health institution must immediately notify the nearest competent security authority and the regional health affairs directorate of any criminal incident or patient death, and keep a complete record of traffic accidents and injuries.
يجب على المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة أن تبلغ فورًا أقرب سلطة أمن مختصة ومديرية الشؤون الصحية بالمنطقة عن أي حادث جنائي، أو وفاة تحدث للمرضى المراجعين لها، أو المنومين فيها. ويشمل هذا الالتزام أيضًا التبليغ عن أي حادث جنائي ألجأ المصاب إلى طلب الإسعاف أو المعالجة فيها، كما أن عليها أن تحتفظ بسجل كامل عن الحوادث المرورية…
- Article 31
A private health institution is prohibited from advertising itself except within limits that do not conflict with professional ethics, under standards set by the Implementing Regulations.
يحظر على المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة أن تقوم بالدعاية عن نفسها إلا في الحدود التي لا تتعارض مع أخلاق المهنة وفقًا للمعايير التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.
