Inspection committees in the health affairs directorates check that the law is applied and monitor quality. The activity involved in a violation may be suspended as a precaution where there is strong evidence of violations punishable by license withdrawal or closure.

- Article 17
Each health affairs directorate has inspection committees for private health institutions to verify they apply the Law, its Regulations and the Ministry's decisions and to monitor quality levels; the Regulations set their formation and working method.
تكون في كل مديرية للشؤون الصحية لجان للتفتيش على المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة، للتأكد من تطبيقها أحكام هذا النظام ولائحته التنفيذية والقرارات التي تصدرها الوزارة بموجبه، ومراقبة مستويات الجودة النوعية، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية كيفية تكوين هذه اللجان وأسلوب عملها.
- Article 23
The committees in Article 25 may, as a precaution, suspend the activity in question where strong evidence from the preliminary investigation shows violations punishable by license withdrawal or closure.
يجوز بقرار من اللِّجان المنصوص عليها في المادة (الخامسة والعشرين) - كإجراء تحفظي- إيقاف ممارسة النشاط محل المخالفة إذا وجدت أدلة وقرائن قوية على وقوع مخالفات دل عليها التحقيق الأولي تكون عقوبتها - في حالة ثبوتها - سحب الترخيص أو إغلاق المؤسسة الصحية.
