إلغاء ترخيص المؤسسة الصحية وانتهاؤه — نظام المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة
The license is canceled if ownership, activity or location changes without the Ministry's approval. It expires when its term ends without renewal, or six months after the owner's death, and may be kept for the heirs' benefit if they apply within six months.

- Article 18
A private health institution's license is cancelled if ownership passes to another owner, or its activity or its location changes, without the Ministry's approval.
يلغى الترخيص بانتقال ملكية المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة إلى مالك آخر، أو تغيير نشاط المؤسسة، أو تغيير المكان المخصص لها بممارسة النشاط فيه دون موافقة الوزارة.
- Article 19
A license expires when its period ends without a renewal request, or six months after the owner's death, though it may be kept for the heirs for a period the Ministry sets if they apply within six months of the death.
ينتهي الترخيص في الحالات الآتية : 1 - انتهاء مدته دون طلب المرخص له تجديده، ولا يحول ذلك دون التقدم بطلب الحصول على ترخيص جديد بعد استكمال الشروط النظامية. 2 - مضي ستة أشهر من وفاة صاحب المؤسسة الصحية الخاصة، ويجوز إبقاء الرخصة لمصلحة الورثة طوال المدة التي تحددها الوزارة وفقًا لظروف كل حالة، على أن يتقدم الورثة بطلب…
