Municipal Permits and Enforcement of Municipal Orders in the Saudi Municipalities Law
الرخص البلدية وتنفيذ أوامر البلدية — نظام البلديات والقرى
The municipality carries out its orders at the expense of the person refusing, by order of its head, without prejudice to the penalty. The mayor may temporarily suspend permits and licenses when their terms are breached, and cancel them with the municipal council's approval.

- Article 44
If a person refuses to carry out the municipality's orders issued under its legal powers, it may, by order of its head, carry them out at that person's expense within the limits of the law, and the penalty for the refusal remains.
إذا امتنع أي شخص عن تنفيذ أوامر البلدية الصادرة بموجب صلاحياتها النظامية، فيجوز أن تقوم البلدية بأمر رئيسها بالتنفيذ على نفقة الممتنع في حدود النظام، مع عدم الإخلال بما يترتب على الامتناع من جزاء.
- Article 45
The head of the municipality may temporarily suspend licenses and permits if their holder violates their contents, and may cancel them after the municipal council's approval.
لرئيس البلدية إيقاف مفعول الرخص والإجازات مؤقتا إذا خالف صاحبها مضمونها، كما يمكن له بعد موافقة المجلس البلدي إلغاء هذه الرخص والإجازات.
