The duty of the shop or establishment owner to attend the Municipality or its municipal office when asked and to carry out its instructions, and the Minister's issuing of the executive decisions for the Regulations.

- Article 11
Article 11 requires the owner of a shop or establishment, or his representative, to appear before the Amanah or municipality when it so requests in specified cases and to carry out its instructions issued in accordance with the law.
