Removal of work exceeding the building permit at the violator's expense, or payment of half the cost of the unlawful construction; and the rules for a building erected without a permit: removal where it conflicts with regulation lines or harms neighbors, or payment of a quarter of the costs plus the permit fees with a safety certificate from an engineering office.

Article 9 provides that excesses beyond a building license are removed at the violator's expense; if removal is structurally difficult and the harm can be corrected, he pays half the cost of the violating construction, corrects it, and provides a safety certificate.
