ينظم تدريب مفتشي العمل في دورات تدريبية تشتمل بصورة خاصة على الأمور الآتية:
1 - أصول تنظيم الزيارات التفتيشية والاتصال بأصحاب العمل والعمال.
2 - أصول تدقيق السجلات والدفاتر والحاسب الآلي وأصول تنظيم محاضر التفتيش واستجواب الأشخاص.
3 - أصول إرشاد أصحاب العمل إلى مستلزمات النصوص النظامية وفوائد تطبيقها، ومساعدتهم في هذا التطبيق.
4 - مبادئ أساسية في التقنية الصناعية، ووسائل الوقاية من إصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية.
5 - مبادئ أساسية في الكفاية الإنتاجية، وصلتها بمدى تأمين الشروط الصالحة لجو ممارسة العمل.
