The costs of petitions for reconsideration, cassation and appeal, and of applications for intervention, recusal, correction, interpretation, stay of enforcement, incidental claims and resuming a suspended case; and of certified copies, inspecting case papers and replacement copies of judicial documents.

The Article sets the costs of the requests in Article 7 of the Law: SAR 10,000 for reconsideration, 7,000 for cassation, 5,000 for appeal, 2,000 for joinder, recusal, correction, interpretation and stay of enforcement, and 1,000 for an incidental request.

The Article provides that, except for cassation and petitions for reconsideration, the final assessment of a request's costs is issued after it is decided and collected only after the objection period ends or the objection is decided.
فيما عدا طلب النقض وطلب التماس إعادة النظر، تصدر الإدارة المختصة -التي يحددها وزير العدل- التقدير النهائي لمبلغ التكاليف القضائية للطلب بعد البت فيه، ويبلغ المكلف بأداء هذه التكاليف، ولا يُحصل مبلغ التكاليف من المكلف إلا بعد انتهاء مدة الاعتراض على التقدير أو صدور قرار في شأن اعتراضه.
