Costs of no more than SAR 10,000 on requests for appeal, cassation, petitions to reconsider, incidental requests, requests to join or recuse, resuming a case stayed by agreement, and correcting or interpreting a judgment; and no more than SAR 1,000 for a certified copy of case papers, access to them, or a replacement copy of judicial documents for non-parties.

The Article imposes costs of no more than SAR 1,000 on requests for certified copies, inspection and replacement copies, and does not apply to requests by the parties while the case is being heard.
