Cases in which payment stops immediately, such as expiry of the period, request, death or loss of a condition; completing payment; reducing the allowance by SAR 200 a month for breach of obligations; deducting income and wealth; temporary suspension of up to six months; returning the allowance when incorrect data is given intentionally, with referral and recovery of amounts not due.

This article sets cases for stopping payment of the allowance immediately, the possibility of completing it, a reduction of SAR 200 a month for breaching obligations, deduction of income and wealth, and suspension for up to six months.

This article requires a beneficiary who deliberately provided incorrect information to repay the whole allowance, and lets the Fund refer them to the competent authorities and recover amounts they were not entitled to.
1- يجب على المستفيد -الذي قدم عمداً بيانات أو معلومات غير صحيحة بغرض الحصول على الإعانة- إعادة كامل مبلغ الإعانة التي صرفت له. 2- للصندوق إحالة من يقدم بيانات أو معلومات غير صحيحة بغرض الحصول على الإعانة إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية في حقه. 3- يجوز للصندوق أو من يفوضه اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة…
