Human Resources Fund Powers and Grievances in the Saudi Job Search Allowance Regulation

This article allows an applicant, qualified person or beneficiary whose grievance was refused to challenge the refusal decision before the competent administrative court.

لمقدم الطلب أو المؤهل أو المستفيد الذي رُفض تظلمه للحصول على الإعانة؛ التظلم من قرار الرفض أمام المحكمة الإدارية المختصة.

This article provides that the Regulation replaces the former job search allowance regulation and the regulation on the financial allowance for difficulty obtaining work, and takes effect 90 days after publication.

يحل التنظيم محل تنظيم إعانة البحث عن عمل الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (353) وتاريخ 25 / 12 / 1432هـ، وتنظيم المخصص المالي لصعوبة الحصول على عمل الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (44) وتاريخ 29 / 1 / 1435هـ، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام، ويعمل بالتنظيم بعد (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

This article requires the Human Resources Development Fund's board of directors to issue the implementing rules, in agreement with the National Development Fund, within 90 days of the Regulation's publication.

يُصدر المجلس اللائحة بالاتفاق مع صندوق التنمية الوطني خلال (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ نشر التنظيم.
