This article sets the aims of the Regulation: organizing payment of the allowance and who is entitled to it, supporting and motivating job seekers to enter the market, and stating the rights and obligations of the parties.
يهدف التنظيم إلى الآتي: 1- تنظيم صرف الإعانة وتحديد الأشخاص الذين يحق لهم الحصول عليها. 2- العمل على دعم الباحثين عن عمل ومساعدتهم في الحصول عليه. 3- تحفيز الباحثين عن عمل لدخول سوق العمل. 4- تحديد حقوق الأطراف ذات العلاقة (الصندوق والباحثين عن عمل) ومسؤولياتهم والتزاماتهم.

This article funds the allowance from the revenues of the financial fee set by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (353), and requires the Ministry of Finance to fund any shortfall in its expenses.
يكون تمويل الإعانة من إيرادات المقابل المالي المقرر بناءً على البند (ثانيًا) من قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (353) وتاريخ 25 / 12 / 1432هـ، وتقوم وزارة المالية بتمويل أي عجز قد يواجه الصندوق في تمويل مصروفات الإعانة.
