The chairman is appointed by royal order and five members for three years, renewable twice; the Board's jurisdiction over the strategy, structure, regulations and budget, appointing inspectors, detecting violations, setting fees and forming committees; meetings at least four times a year; remote and circulation voting; and the ban on abstaining and on disclosing secrets.

The article provides for a board of directors for the Authority: a chairman appointed by royal order and five members appointed by order of the Prime Minister on nomination by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, for three years renewable twice.
يكون للهيئة مجلس إدارة يعين رئيسه بأمر ملكي، وبعضوية خمسة يكون من بينهم ذوو كفاية وخبرة في مجال عمل الهيئة يعينون بأمر من رئيس مجلس الوزراء بناءً على ترشيح من مجلس الشؤون الاقتصادية والتنمية، وتكون عضويتهم في المجلس لمدة ثلاث سنوات قابلة للتجديد مرتين.
