شروط الخضوع للنظام وفروع التأمين — النظام الموحد لمد الحماية التأمينية لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية العاملين في غير دولهم في أي دولة عضو في المجلس
Mandatory application to Council nationals working outside their own countries, provided their home country's law applies, they work for a covered employer and they hold the nationality; application limited to the retirement, old age, disability, sickness and death branch, with work injuries applied in the country of work; and suspension of contributions when a condition is lost.

- Article 4
The Law applies compulsorily to GCC nationals working in another member state, provided that their own state's law applies to them, they work for a covered employer in the state of the workplace, and they prove their nationality.

The article limits the Law to the retirement or old-age, disability, sickness and death insurance branch, without preventing work injury and occupational disease insurance from applying under the rules of the state of the workplace.
يقتصر تطبيق هذا النظام على فرع تأمين التقاعد / الشيخوخة والعجز والمرض والوفاة، ولا يحول ذلك دون تطبيق فرع تأمين إصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية بالنسبة للموظف / العامل وفقا للأحكام المعمول بها في الدولة مقر العمل .

The article stops an employee's or worker's participation in the Law if he loses any of the conditions for coverage set out in Article 4.
يوقف اشتراك الموظف / العامل طبقا لأحكام هذا النظام إذا فقد شرطا من شروط الخضوع لأحكامه الواردة في المادة (4) من هذا النظام .
