أ- يجوز الجمع بين علاوتين وعلاوة واحدة من العلاوات الواردة في جدول العلاوات الاخرى المرفق لهذا النظام والتي تحدد شروط منحها في اللائحة التنفيذية.
ب- لا يجوز الجمع بين علاوتين من العلاوات الواردة في جدول العلاوات الاخرى المرفق بهذا النظام.
