Electricity Tariff and Prices in the Saudi Electricity Law

The electricity tariff for all consumer categories is reviewed periodically to reflect actual cost and is approved by the board. The Ministry of Finance pays the shortfall. A large consumer may agree a different price directly in a commercial agreement. Also the bases for setting the tariff and no discrimination among consumers.
