Electricity Activity License in the Saudi Electricity Law

Carrying on any electricity activity without a license or exemption is banned. A license is issued within thirty working days, and a refusal may be challenged before the Administrative Court. Assigning a license or transferring assets without written permission is banned. Also ensuring continuity of service, and oversight and inspection.
