A committee of at least three members, including a legal adviser, formed by the Minister of Finance to consider violations, impose penalties and decide disputes between the consumer and the members and companies; appeal before the Board of Grievances within 60 days; and the injured party's right to claim compensation before the judicial authority afterward.

Allows a person harmed by violations of the Law to turn to the competent judicial body to claim compensation, after the committee has issued a decision.
يجوز لمن لحق به ضرر ناتج من ارتكاب المخالفات المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام – بعد صدور قرار من اللجنة – اللجوء إلى الجهة القضائية المختصة لطلب التعويض عن الأضرار التي لحقت به.
