The facilities allowed to the cooperative sector, such as land grants, priority in leasing government sites, and easier lending and importing; and the rules on government subsidies, their types, assessment, suspension and the ban on combining them, whose articles (Thirtieth to Thirty-Fourth) were repealed by Royal Decree No. M/94 of 1442 AH.
