The general assembly as the supreme authority, meeting annually with a quorum of 25%, then 10% after adjournment; its powers to approve the budget and accounts, distribute profits, elect the board, appoint the auditor and decide objections; the extraordinary meeting to amend the bylaws, dispose of real estate, dissolve, merge or divide; and electing its chair.

The article makes the general assembly the supreme authority, requires it to meet at least yearly with a 25% quorum, then 10% after a fifteen-day postponement, and makes its decisions by majority of those present.
