يختص رئيس المجلس بتمثيل المجلس أمام الغير، والإشراف على أعماله وإدارة جلساته، وينوب عنه نائب الرئيس حال غيابه.

يعد عمل المجلس ذا طبيعة سرية، ويجب على كل من شارك في أعماله بأي صفة المحافظة على هذه السرية، حتى بعد انتهاء عمله في المجلس.

The article lists six reasons membership of the Center's board ends, such as expiry of term, government appointment, death, resignation and absence, and membership ends only by a board decision.
