Board of Directors of the Authority in the Saudi Bar Association Statute

The Board is chaired by the Minister of Justice and includes representatives of bodies and five full members appointed by decision of the Minister of Justice, with their conditions; a three-year term; membership ends by resignation or absence; meetings every 90 days, quorum, and representation of the Authority.

- Article 10
This article ends the board membership of the five core members on the board by board decision upon resignation or absence without excuse from three consecutive meetings or six separate ones.
تنتهي العضوية في المجلس بالنسبة إلى الأعضاء المشار إليهم في الفقرة (ز) من المادة (التاسعة) بقرار من المجلس، في أي من الحالتين الآتيتين : 1 - تقديم الاستقالة من عضوية مجلس الإدارة. 2 - عدم حضور ثلاثة اجتماعات متتالية للمجلس، أو ستة اجتماعات متفرقة في الدورة الواحدة، دون عذر يقبله المجلس.
- Article 11
The article sets the board of directors' term at three years and bars appointing the members referred to in paragraph (g) of Article 9 for more than two terms.
تكون مدة المجلس ثلاث سنوات، ولايجوز تعيين الأعضاء المشار إليهم في الفقرة (ز) من المادة (التاسعة) أكثر من دورتين.
- Article 12
The article regulates the board's meetings: at least every 90 days or at the written request of four members, a quorum of a majority including the chairman or his deputy, and decisions by a majority of those present.
1 - يجتمع المجلس بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل تسعين يوماً، أو كلما طلب ذلك - كتابةً - أربعة أعضاء على الأقل. 2 - مع مراعاة ما ورد في المادة (التاسعة) يعقد المجلس اجتماعاته بحضور أغلبية أعضائه على أن يكون من بينهم الرئيس أو من ينيبه من أعضاء المجلس. وتصدر قرارات المجلس بموافقة أغلبية الأعضاء الحاضرين، وإذا تساوت…
- Article 14
The article makes the chairman of the board of directors, or whoever he delegates, the Association's representative in its dealings with other bodies and before the courts.
