Arbitral Award and Ending Proceedings in the Saudi Implementing Regulations of the Arbitration Law
حكم التحكيم وإنهاء الإجراءات — اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام التحكيم
The tribunal's president pronouncing the award after pleadings close, and the tribunal being able to reopen them by a decision notified to the parties before pronouncement; the arbitration agreement not lapsing with a decision ending proceedings unless the parties agree otherwise; and the award provisions applying to an additional award, except the time limit for issuing it.

- Article 14
The chair of the arbitral tribunal pronounces the award after pleadings are closed, and the tribunal may reopen pleadings after closing and before pronouncing the award by a decision notified to the parties.
1- ينطق رئيس هيئة التحكيم بالحكم بعد إقفال باب المرافعة. 2- لهيئة التحكيم فتح باب المرافعة بعد إقفاله وقبل النطق بالحكم، وذلك بقرار يبلغ لأطراف التحكيم.
- Article 15
The arbitration agreement does not lapse when the tribunal issues a decision terminating the arbitration proceedings, unless the parties agree otherwise.
لا ينقضي اتفاق التحكيم بصدور قرار من هيئة التحكيم بإنهاء إجراءات التحكيم، ما لم يتفق طرفاه على خلاف ذلك.
- Article 16
The provisions the Law sets for an arbitral award apply to an additional arbitral award, except those on the period for issuing the additional award.
تسري على حكم التحكيم الإضافي الأحكام المنصوص عليها نظاماً في شأن حكم التحكيم، عدا ما يتعلق بمدة إصدار حكم التحكيم الإضافي.
