The measures of health, education, social and media bodies to spread health awareness about AIDS, how it is transmitted and how to prevent it, and to explain the rights of those infected; respecting the right of community members to protection; and highlighting the Sharia and ethical aspects.

- Article 7
The article obliges health, educational and media bodies to take measures to spread health awareness about AIDS in society and explain the rights of persons living with it, with the procedures left to the Implementing Regulations.
تتخذ الجهات الصحية والتعليمية والإعلامية الإجراءات الكفيلة بنشر الوعي الصحي عن الإيدز في المجتمع وبيان حقوق المصابين، وتضع اللائحة إجراءات ذلك.
- Article 10
The article requires that the community's right to protection from infection be respected, and obliges health, educational, social and media bodies to take prevention and awareness measures and highlight the religious and ethical aspects.
يجب مراعاة حقوق أفراد المجتمع في الوقاية من عدوى الإصابة بالفيروس، وتتخذ الجهات الصحية والتعليمية والاجتماعية والإعلامية الإجراءات اللازمة للوقاية، والتعريف والتوعية بمختلف جوانب هذا المرض، وإبراز الجوانب الشرعية والأخلاقية، وأهمية الالتزام بها؛ لدعم جوانب وقاية الأفراد والأسرة والمجتمع من الإصابة بالإيدز.
- Article 3
The article requires health bodies to provide health care, counseling and psychological support to infected persons and respect their rights, and to combat AIDS, explain how it is transmitted, prevented and treated, and protect the community.
على الجهات الصحية تقديم الرعاية الصحية والمشورة والدعم النفسي للمصابين، واحترام حقوقهم، ومكافحة الإيدز، وبيان وسائل انتقاله، وطرق الوقاية منه، وعلاجه، والتوعية بها، والحث على تجنبه، وحماية أفراد المجتمع منه.
- Article 20
The article obliges the Ministry of Health and other health bodies to take the measures needed to encourage individuals to take voluntary AIDS tests, as a step toward early intervention and control.
تتخذ الوزارة والجهات الصحية الأخرى الإجراءات اللازمة لتشجيع الأفراد على إجراء الفحوص الطوعية للكشف عن الإصابة بالإيدز بين أفراد المجتمع حتى يُمكِن اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة للتدخل المبكر والمكافحة.
