Forming a committee by decision of the Minister of at least three members, including a legal adviser and an infectious disease physician, to hear violations of Articles 4, 8, 9 and 14; grievance against its decisions before the Board of Grievances; and referring graver violations to the Public Prosecution and their hearing by the competent court.
