Ending Voluntary Work in the Saudi Voluntary Service Law

إنهاء العمل التطوعي — نظام العمل التطوعي

The beneficiary body's ending a volunteer's work, the volunteer's employer ending his release for volunteering during working hours after written coordination, and the volunteer's ending his work provided he gives notice sufficiently in advance.

Article 14
The article governs ending voluntary work: by the beneficiary body under its conditions, by the volunteer's employer if he volunteers during working hours after written coordination, and by the volunteer with sufficient advance notice.
1- للجهة المستفيدة إنهاء عمل المتطوع وفق شروط وضوابط تحددها، ولجهة عمل المتطوع إنهاء تفرغه من عمله التطوعي، إذا كان تطوعه أثناء الدوام الرسمي, بعد التنسيق كتابيًّا مع الجهة المستفيدة. 2- للمتطوع إنهاء عمله التطوعي لدى الجهة المستفيدة، بشرط إشعارها قبل الإنهاء بوقت كاف، وأن يحرص على ألا يخل ذلك بالعمل التطوعي.
