- Article 14
The article requires the Authority's chairman to issue the Implementing Regulations within 180 days of the Regulation's publication in the Official Gazette, to take effect from the date the Regulation does.
يصدر الرئيس اللائحة، وذلك خلال (مائة وثمانين) يوماً من تاريخ نشر التنظيم بالجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ العمل به.
- Article 15
The article provides that the Regulation replaces the Periodic Technical Inspection of Vehicles Regulation issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (169) of 1431 AH, and repeals whatever conflicts with it.
يحل التنظيم محل تنظيم الفحص الفني الدوري للمركبات، الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (169) وتاريخ 19 / 5 / 1431هـ، ويلغي كل ما يتعارض معه من أحكام.

The article provides that the Regulation is published in the Official Gazette and takes effect 180 days after the date of its publication.
ينشر التنظيم في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل به بعد (مائة وثمانين) يوماً من تاريخ نشره.
