إذا سمح مالك المركبة ، أو المسئول عن قيادتها، أو حائزها، لشخص آخر ليست لديه رخصة قيادة بقيادة المركبة ؛ فيعاقب بغرامة مالية لا تزيد على تسعمائة ريال، وإذا نتج من ذلك حادث مروري فيكون متضامنا معه في المسئولية المادية وفقا لتقدير المحكمة المختصة .
