Providing the best services and continuing to meet licensing and classification requirements; registering staff data and updating it within three months; submitting tourism statistics; and providing financial guarantees for activities that require them.

- Article 3
A licensee must provide the best services, keep meeting license and classification requirements, register its personnel's data with the Ministry and update it within 3 months, and submit statistics.
على المرخص له الالتزام بما يلي: 1- تقديم أفضل الخدمات، وفق المعايير المعتمدة. 2- الاستمرار بالالتزام بجميع الاشتراطات والمتطلبات اللازمة للترخيص والتصنيف المحدد له أثناء سريانهما، وفقاً لما تحدده اللائحة. 3- تسجيل بيانات جميع منسوبيه لدى الوزارة، وتحديث هذه البيانات في حال حدث أي تغيير فيها خلال مدة لا تتجاوز (ثلاثة)…
- Article 4
A licensee must provide financial guarantees for tourism activities that require them, and the Regulations, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, set those activities and the guarantees' amount and conditions.
يلتزم المرخص له بتقديم الضمانات المالية للأنشطة السياحية التي تتطلب ذلك. وتحدد اللائحة تلك الأنشطة والأحكام ذات الصلة بالضمانات، ومقدارها، وشروطها، وكيفية استيفاء الغرامات والحقوق المالية للغير منها، وذلك بالاتفاق مع وزارة المالية.
