A warning or a fine of no more than 5% of the value of the real right, up to SAR 10 million; the violations committee and objection before the administrative court within sixty days; a fine and sale of the real right for giving incorrect or misleading information; the Public Prosecution's and competent court's jurisdiction; and refunding the price after deducting fines.
