2 - تودع أموال الهيئة في حساب خاص بها في مؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي، وللهيئة عند الحاجة فتح حسابات في البنوك المرخص لها بالعمل في المملكة، ويصرف من هذه الأموال وفق ميزانية الهيئة المعتمدة.
3 - تؤول الأموال الفائضة عن حاجة الهيئة خلال السنة المالية إلى الخزينة العامة للدولة لحساب جاري وزارة المالية، وذلك بعد اقتطاع جميع النفقات الجارية ونفقات رأس المال وغيرها من المصروفات التي تحتاج إليها الهيئة، وما تحتاج إليه لتمويل مشروعاتها المستقبلية المقرة في ميزانيتها السنوية وللوفاء بالتزاماتها النظامية، وذلك دون الإخلال بشرط الواقف فيما يتعلق بالأوقاف.

This Article deals with the Authority's funds in three paragraphs:
1. Resources:
- (a) What is allocated to it in the state's general budget.
- (b) The fees for the licenses it issues.
- (c) The fees for the services and work it provides to others within its competence, in accordance with the laws, regulations and decisions the Board approves (the phrase "in accordance with the laws" was added by Council of Ministers Resolution No. 69 dated 23/1/1443 AH).
- (d) Returns from exploiting and investing its assets and funds.
- (e) Gifts, subsidies, donations, grants, bequests and endowments the Board accepts.
- (f) Any other resource the Board approves.
2. Deposit and spending: the Authority's funds are deposited in an account of its own with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, and where necessary it may open accounts with banks licensed to operate in the Kingdom; the funds are spent in accordance with the approved budget.
3. Surplus: funds in excess of the Authority's needs during the financial year pass to the state's General Treasury, to the current account of the Ministry of Finance, after deducting current and capital expenditure and other expenses, and what it needs to finance its future projects approved in its budget and to meet its legal obligations, without prejudice to the condition of the endower as regards endowments.
The last restriction means that endowment funds are spent in accordance with the endower's condition, and are not treated as ordinary surplus. The Article does not set the amounts of the fees for licenses and services.
