A transport committee in each city supervises concession contracts and licenses and proposes penalties after financial, administrative and technical inspection. The concession is forfeited and the deposit confiscated for refusing to run buses, reducing their number, leaving the route, raising fares or assigning without approval. Compensation may be claimed; utility assets cannot be attached.
