A fine of up to SAR 5,000,000, closure for up to one hundred and eighty days and license cancellation, doubled on repeat. Imprisonment of up to ten years or a fine of up to SAR 10,000,000 for fraud, trading in adulterated preparations, bringing them in, and fake packaging. The Authority may impose fines below SAR 100,000, 200,000 and 300,000. The judgment is published at the violator's expense.
