السلطات المختصة في طلب مساعدة الدول الأخرى في ضبط التهريب أو الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدرات أو المؤثرات العقلية على سفينة في أعالي البحار هي:

1- المديرية العامة لمكافحة المخدرات .

2- إدارة الاتصال للشرطة الدولية ( الإنتربول ) .
