يعد رئيس تفتيش العمل في مكتب العمل تقريرًا شهريًّا عن نشاط تفتيش العمل، ونواحي التفتيش، والمنشآت التي تم التفتيش عليها، وعدد المخالفات المرتكبة، ونوعها، والتدابير المتخذة بشأنها، كما يعد تقريرًا سنويًّا عن التفتيش في دائرة اختصاص مكتب العمل ونتائجه وآثاره، ويضمنه ملاحظاته ومقترحاته. وترسل نسخة من التقريرين إلى الوزارة.
