Social Report and Measures for the Juvenile in the Saudi Juveniles Law Implementing Regulations

Article 9 requires the Home to prepare a social report on the juvenile as soon as he is placed there, to help the judge and propose what corrects his behavior, and to submit it to the court every 15 days for 90 days and then every 30 days.

Article 11 provides that the juvenile's record in the Home, referred to in Article 19 of the Law, includes all data on the judgments issued against him.

يتضمن السجل الخاص بالحدث في الدار، الوارد في المادة (التاسعة عشرة) من النظام، جميع البيانات عن الأحكام الصادرة في حقه.

Article 12 gives the court, subject to paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the Law, the power to require any guarantee it sees fit according to the juvenile's condition and circumstances when granting him conditional release.

مع مراعاة ما ورد في الفقرة (1) من المادة (العشرين) من النظام، للمحكمة عند الإفراج المشروط عن الحدث المحكوم عليه طلب أي ضمان تراه بحسب حاله وظروفه.
