The article allows the Council of Ministers, on the Minister's proposal, to decide to transfer ownership of some Ministry hospitals to the private sector.
يجوز بقرار من مجلِس الوزراء بناءً على اقتِراح الوزير تحويل ملكية بعض مُستشفيات الوزارة إلى القِطاع الخاص.
