Article 46 explained in plain English

- عٌدلت هذه المادة وذلك بموجب المرسوم الملكي رقم (م/28) وتاريخ 1442/3/26هـ، لتون بالنص الآتي:

- Article 50
The article allows granting a member, for emergency circumstances, casual leave of no more than ten days in one year, which lapses at the end of the Hijri year.
الإجازة العرضية: يجوز لظروف طارئه منح الفرد إجازة عرضيه لا تزيد مدتها على عشرة أيام في السنة الواحدة وتسقط بانتهاء السنة الهجرية.

The article allows granting a member working in the field and remote border posts field leave totaling 45 days a year, in one block or up to three blocks of not less than 15 days each.
الإجازة الميدانية:يجوز منح الفرد الذي يعمل في الميدان وفي مراكز الحدود النائية إجازة ميدانية لا تتجاوز في مجموعها (45) يوماً في السنة دفعه واحد كما يجوز تجزئتها
