Final Provisions and Entry into Force in the Saudi Elderly Rights and Care Law
أحكام ختامية ونفاذ النظام — نظام حقوق كبير السن ورعايته
Without prejudice to other legal obligations or better protection in another law or an international agreement; the regulations are issued within ninety days; and the Law takes effect ninety days after publication.

- Article 21
The article provides that the Law's provisions do not affect other legal obligations of the relevant bodies, nor any better protection for the elderly in another law or an international agreement to which the Kingdom is a party.
لا تخل الأحكام والإجراءات المنصوص عليها في النظام بما يأتي: 1- الالتزامات النظامية الأخرى المتعلقة بحماية حقوق كبير السن ورعايته المترتبة على الجهات المعنية، كل بحسب اختصاصه. 2- أي حكم يكفل حماية أفضل لكبير السن ينص عليه نظام آخر أو أي التزام على المملكة وفقًا لاتفاقية دولية المملكة طرفٌ فيها.
- Article 22
The article requires the Minister to issue the Implementing Regulations of the Law within 90 days of its publication in the Official Gazette, and they take effect from the date the Law takes effect.
يصدر الوزير اللائحة خلال (تسعين) يوماً من تاريخ نشر النظام في الجريدة الرسمية، ويعمل بها من تاريخ العمل بالنظام.
- Article 23
The Elderly Rights and Care Law takes effect 90 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
يُعمل بالنظام بعد (تسعين) يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
