A fine of up to SAR 500,000 or up to two years' imprisonment, and deportation of non-Saudis, for a person collecting donations; fines for unlicensed entities, for breaching solicitation or publication details, and for media outlets advertising for an unlicensed entity, doubled on repeat; confiscation of violating donations by judgment and spending on charity.

- Article 18
The article provides for confiscating, by judicial judgment, all donations collected in violation of the Law and spending them on the charitable purposes the Implementing Regulations specify, subject to the donor's condition if there is one.
تُصادر -بحكم قضائي- جميع التبرعات التي جمعت بالمخالفة لأحكام النظام، وتُنفق في أوجه البر التي تحددها اللائحة، مع مراعاة شرط المتبرع إن وجد.
